Mari State University Expands Global Partnerships at II Indo-Russian Education Summit 2026
New Delhi, India | May 2026: Mari State University) marked a significant presence at the II Indo-Russian Education Summit 2026 (IRES 2026), organized by Rus Education in collaboration with Rossotrudnichestvo, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in India, and Russian House, New Delhi. Hosted on 28th–29th May 2026 at Le Méridien, New Delhi, the summit served as a vibrant platform for educational dialogue, institutional engagement, and international collaboration.
Represented by Prof. Mikhail N. Shvetsov, Rector, Mari State University, the university actively participated in discussions and interactions aimed at expanding educational opportunities for students and fostering stronger academic relations between India and Russia.
Throughout the summit, the Mari State University delegation engaged with aspiring students, parents, educators, and institutional representatives, sharing insights into the university's academic offerings, research environment, student support services, and international learning opportunities.
